~ This flower gets it’s genetics from a 3 way cross of Cinderella 99, Bomb #1, and Skunk #1. This strain has a reputation for it’s large yield per plant and potency of flower with both a Sativa effect from Cinderella 99 and an Indica sedation effect from Bomb #1.
~ The look rates 8 out of 10. This eighth of an ounce is made up of 9 grape sized buds. Osage’s trim job has improved based on this sample alone. I only see one small leaf. The pistils are a sunburst orange. They are woven thru the multi-hues of green and many visible tricombs.
~ The smell rates 8 out of 10. This sample has a very complex profile. I got a melody of the peppery, earthy, woodsy Humulene type scent. The terpene A-cadinen may also be giving off the woodsy scent. It’s thought to aid in anti-microbial, anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory. I dug and dug online, but couldn’t find a terp that the cherry aroma from. There is a sour scent and musty earth scent as well.
~ The cure rates 7 out of 10. Under 40x to 1000x magnification, you will see the tricomb heads are present both inside and outside of the buds. I’m not seeing the decapitation of the bulbus heads that I’ve been seeing recently from the machine trims. The tricomb heads are mostly clouded and I feel it could have went a bit longer on the plant to get a higher amber ratio. When I opened the buds, the inner tricombs are brilliant and plentiful. The squeeze test is only a partial pass. It rebounded somewhat but not fully.
~ The taste rates 9 out of 10. I wrapped a half gram in an OCB Virgin paper with a tip. I pulled air thru it without lighting, aka taking a dry hit, and found it to have a lemon flavor. After lighting the joint I tasted the spicy peppery notes of Humulene backed by the sour citrus taste of Limonene that I missed in the scent. It also has the skunk flavor from Myrecene. Its a very pleasant taste.
~ The effect rates 10 out of 10. This may be my favorite hybrid strain. If you follow the page, you know I favor land-race Indica or Sativa . I’m extremely impressed with the body effect of this sample. You could probably fool someone into thinking it was a pure Indica ~ Overall AMCO’s High Opinion of Cluster Bomb is 8.4. There were no stick, stems or seeds to worry about and the best hybrid effect I’ve found!
