This container has plastic black lid that freely spins. It has a triangle displayed on the lid and base that you align to allow you to pop off the top of the food grade sealed recycled container. The ridges on the lid made it hard to read the directions but I was able to get into it with no issues. According to their website there are a million reasons to choose this type container over mylar, or even glass. Please take a look at the site for this info, but the label is packed with info as well. I did notice notice there was no decapitation of tricomb heads in the container unlike another review of the same strain with a different container. The non static container may doesn’t hold on to your product.
~ The Smell. One of the nitrogen packing biggest claim to fame is its ability to lock in the relative humidity of the contents and lock out the light and oxygen from degrading the cannabis. Upon opening the smell seems much stronger than when opening all other forms of containers. But this effect is only the first time you open the container. Once the flower is exposed to the outside atmosphere, after a few hours the smell wasn’t nearly as pungent. In my high opinion, that shows Nitrogen is making the terpenes smell better longer.
The container being made of recycled plastic made me fear it would affect the flavor of the flower. I’m glad to report this flower tasted exactly like it should. Some may say even more fresh.
~ The Cure. The tricomb heads of this sample compared to the last batch I had in the pill bottle style container are of better quality. There are much less decapitation. I also found this one to be denser and stickier than the one I had before. That could be a difference in the batch or packaging. No way to be sure really.

~ The Effect of Packaging on the Flower. I believe the effect on the flower and well preserved tricombs are remarkable. I haven’t seen this quality from NSM flower from dispensary packed product in some time. In conclusion, its Amco High Opinion the dense but soft texture is preserved well in the nitrogen packed container.
